The Abou Ben Adhem Shrine Clowns are very active in and around southwest Missouri. Typically there are over 70 events every year. They can be seen at most of your local parades. You will also see them at various Balloon tying events. They have been known to travel great distances for Circus Venues in Tulsa Ok, Kansas City Mo, St. Louis Mo. Nothing beats hosting a Circus at the Shrine Mosque in Springfield Mo.
Competition
Several times a year the Abou Ben Adhem Clowns attend competition. They compete in the Central States Shrine Clown Association. Some even compete in the Mid-Winter Competition for International Shrine Clown Association. Several even attended The Southeast Shrine Clown Associations Spring Clown Jamboree in Gatlinburg TN. Many good times have been had in the clown makeup.
